    That's exciting news. Finally coming out with spears!
    Need to clear a slot for her....

    Build wise, I can see a spear fu (like 2h sword fu) or an impacted spear becoming a thing. Though I hope it's like brawler and has some control abilities of its own. Like skills that can break the ground causing tumble or to push the enemy away from you. That would be sweet!

    2h fus just aren't effective like that because of lack of knuckles as a sub-weapon qwq
    Breaking the ground and pushing away are kinda unrealistic for spears. Think more on the grounds of parrying and...eh, bleed?

    Spears have a ground breaking stab and knock back skill in avabel which Is made by asobimo so those skills are quite possible

    Pretty much what I was thinking of: avabel's guardians. They are a mix of sheild and spear skills (very tanky class).
    Since warriors in avabel also get something like Tempest Blade (they do a weird spin that makes a wind attack). And some other skills I noticed form asobimo's other games have moved over to Toram. Which is why I was thinking the new spear class might tanky with control skills.

    Maybe a Vit stat class with dex or str?

    Tanky shield guy is a no-no since from that pic we can see that it appears to be a 2h weapon. Control skills are a possibility though owo

    @Sideward Oh your right about the sheild. Just noticed how the guy was holding the spear in attack mode. Well here's hoping it has some sweet control skills at least.
