Due to the capp on max potential possible, the formulas are tailored to have the highest ending success rate.

For example here's stat+7%, cdmg+7%, cdmg+10, crate+10 (done both ways):

Minimum Potential:50
Step 1: add cdmg+1% (40pot left)

Step 3: add c-rate+1 (36pot left)
