Facing a problem

Hey everyone, So i have been experiencing a problem for a while. My cousin accidentally cleared data of toram and now, when i try to play it, it says downloading data because i know that got cleared too but the problem is, after few mins of downloading, it just stopped working. I mean, the application stopped working, like when i press on tips, it doesn't changes and the potum doesn't moves. Because of that, the download doesn't complete and i can't play anymore ;-; Please help me.

If you are using wifi, try to use data. And if u use data, try to use wifi.
It happen to me a lot everytime they release big updates ;-;

 

It happens a lot to everyone. just turn off the game and open again(R.I.P 6 continuous hour emblem)
