curled horn is still good , but its dps performance is currently tied with tyrant greviance. I will do more computations just in case

I will put curled horn over there again just in case.

Is this the order in which you would recommend acquiring skills and completing each tree one after another? Some one was helping me with my arrow mage build and it seems this might be the same build as I already have my magic tree and shot skill tree done and they match the build listed here, so basically curious should I go for the survival tree next and then continue down the list untill I get to the optional skills?

 

Should be magic skill tree -> survival skill tree -> shot skill trew -> then the rest.

 

Lmfao well that explains why I'm struggling so much currently with my arrow mage, jumped the gun with the whole arrow part when I should have went for survival.... Oh well live and learn, hopefully after slowly grinding out a few more levels I can fill that tree out and increase my life span......

Loving this build/guide SirEgg. I just wanted to add my own contribution. I have a preference for faster combos so wanted to share this:
Moeba Shot -> Arrows (swift) > Smoke Shot (save) -> [1-3 fast fillers] (con) -> Storm (smite) -> holy fist/sonic wave (swift)
where fillers could be: para shot, sonic wave, bless (but using the swift tag), sonic wave, quick aura etc...

I felt Arrows were a bit too slow as an initiator so swifted it (at the cost of another CP). And without another magic skill inbetween, Storm also fully benefits from Chain Cast. =D. Hope everyone like the idea.

You mean Moeba-> Arrows (swift) is slower than just Arrows?

My combo is flexible but the start is a bit different to what's listed.

Combo example:
Arrows -> Smoke Shot (save) -> Storm (smite, chain cast) -> Holy Fist (swift)

My equivalent idea:
Moeba Shot -> Arrows (SWIFT) -> Smoke Shot (save) -> Storm (smite, chain cast) -> Holy Fist (swift)

... in this simple example, which one would be faster?

 

Ow only 90% storm.
I like 150%storm in 1mp combo with atleast 2:3(mgc: phy) proration.
btw para shot adds stability so better to use it on your combo.

Yes.
You should consider the animation of the skills. Both sonic wave and bless has very slow animation. Also swift doesnt reduce the casting time of arrows , it only boosts its animation.

Does bexiz staff and anniv staff V im7i13(same refine) have huge difference when it comes to neutral element?

 

Sorry for the late reply but to answer your question , it is entirely situational. Even though in paper it says that bexiz should deal alot more , but in reality that isn't always the case.
There are alot of factors to consider when it comes to choosing among these two weapona and one of the primary factors is the monster's def.
Def directly reduces the amount to your 'raw' or 'base' matk. So when you are fighting bosses that has alot of def , bexiz who has a lower 'raw' matk will perform weaker than anniv V.
