Rush > combination (smite) > impact (con)

At this point i think knuckle is quite fun to learn deeper.

 

Do this for a few battles and after a while you find yourself normal attacking for MP recovery.

Unless you take decoy shot and hope the boss/target stays still, it's a problem using high MP skills and combos like these.

 

You can with time warp watch and agi10% aspd20% armor on top. Or the twilight sakura knife which gives 400 aspd

 

Ya, decoy is needed for fast regen. For those high active boss, try using low MP combo like slide > Impact > Rush > finale, it’s 1MP and can deal nice damage, beside using High MP combo on active boss is a risk as we may fail to deal damage especially for those place skill and boss in invulnerable mode. So using High MP combo when boss moving around and using decoy+high MP combo when boss stand still will help us better on Mana Management.

 

Half mp "delinquent" gameplay.

Ad lib/reflex > decoy (save) > impact (smite)
Impact ender give half mp buff so annihilator cost will become 300 mp.
Slide > impact (save) > rush (smite) > breathwork (con)
100 mp 90% rush medium combo. Breathwork ender to regain half mp buff.
Goliath (charge) > combination (smite) > impact (con)
300 mp Goliath starter + 150% combination.
Rush > combination (smite) > impact (con)
Main combo. 200 mp 100% rush + 150% combination.
Kairiki > goliath release (smite) > impact (con).
150% goliath with 100 mp cost.

Whenever you lost the half mp buff, do the slide combo to regain it.

Just think about it, Martial artists can be both stylist, Strong and fast, Martial art movies with heavy stylized fights are basically the equivalent for anime Over estimated katanas -who can just slash on the speed of sound because kool enime)

Floating quick is the ONLY skill that comes even close to a stylistic, cool and.. "useful'' skill.

When T4 was released, katana instantly become low tier class thanks to tenryuu spammy nature that throws proration out of the window and garyou not being an unsheathe skill that requires 10 stacks, armor break, self ignite and has negative crit rate. And not to mention their animation is literally copy pasted from magadachi and zantei, they put the least effort to katana's skills aesthetic.

While the most anime move I've ever seen in Toram is probably Chariot.

Well, Katana can be very good even without GSW, Katana solely depends on the user Mastery. If they are good with timings and strategy they can pull it off.

But yes. asobimo got ridiculously lazy on the Tier 4 skills and later updates, that's not what I mean.
What I mean by "Getting love" is that, Katana even if having some lazy shit in their Kit, and being not so good early on (for what I believe to be lack of practice, Just like League of Legends, Overpower champions begin """Weak""" because no one knows how they work nor mastered them)..
If you are good enough with Katana you become just God mode itself, despite their skills being lazer sword bullshit (MORE lazer sword bullshit in fact, zannou, that one skill from 1HS that hits from distance and Heals, Shinning Cross -the one I hate the most, Etc...)
If you are a Knuckle/crusher master you can do what?... 1/5 of the damage of a normal ass 1HS? 1/7 of the damage of a Dual? If you master knuckles you do so to become Less shitty, Not good, Not average. Less Shit.

That's the "love" I mean, They made Katana Op as long as the User is good, Knuckle fucking SUCKS no matter your skills, your Rich ass equipments or xtalls, Meta skills, Etc... Even if you achieve a somewhat decent damage, your gameplay will consist of Buff skill> Buff skill in combo for another buff skill>Goliath combo> Wait doing nothing because using anything else will lower Goliath damage or BUG THE SKILL> Use goliath and HOPE the boss doesn't Blink away (Goliath being placed is such bullshit), and Repeat until the Boredom consumes you Enough to rage, or want to cry to how Bad this class is.

Be Good on Katana, you will reap of the results. But Knuckles? no master, no skilled player nor hope that can save this class.

I don't think Unetéro Kenora is the type of person who wants to rant. They advocate the fact that we should directly contact Asobimo and talk with them about the issues. We just need a solid case and a good argument that explains why Knuckles is bad, and how it can be improved.
In that note, should I make the Knuckle post (where we gather everything and refine arguments) or will you, Unetéro Kenora?

1H = STR 2 DEX 2
KTN = STR 1.5 DEX 2.5
HB = STR 2.5 AGI 1.5
DS = STR 1 DEX 2 AGI 1 MAIN, STR 1 AGI 3 SUB
BOW = DEX 3 STR 1
BG = DEX 4
STAFF = STR 3 DEX 1 even staff is better than knuckle

My best suggestion is do it like
STR 1 AGI 2 DEX 1 or
STR 0.5 AGI 2.5 DEX 1

I have (Rather "indirectly", trough their Youtube videos on Toram) Contacted them before, Listing why I thought Knuckles were Terrible.
and, I mean, Sure it's not an Email, But I bet my virgin ass it's more than most here ever did, and I plan on writing a formal Email to Them Soon.

But before doing so, I would want a big debate which Gathers all the points that could be made about Knuckles and how to improve it/Rework it/Rebalance, Or whatever Idea comes to be the conclusion of such debate.
Also, Important thing to Note: I do not possess any direct contact or partnership with Asobimo, So a single Email of mine, even with the effort of everyone in it, might not be the "Game changer", I think we should do the debate, and the conclusion should be written as an email Everyone would send to Asobimo.

That's only one option though, If someone thinks it might not work (They might consider it Spam even if we make it clear it was the Community who cooperated).

Worst case scenario they don't give a shit to anyone, good case scenario they listen and care more about knuckles, enough to Buff/better Rebalance.
