Information - Divine Dynasty

We are experienced players looking for hardworker and very active persons with will to improve everyday to become pro or pro players who wanna teach people or just find a home.

Definitions

1. Gamer: Player with great dedication and interest in games that spend most of their free time to play, often several hours a day.It also has extensive knowledge of video games, and regularly participates in the gaming culture, reading specialist media, participating in communities of players, competing against other players, etc.Commonly called pro.
2. Casual player: person playing video games sporadically with little difficulty that do not require much dedication to be enjoyed.



DIVINE RULES
1.Behaviour and Manners

1.1 Respect all guildies.

Punishment will be applied depending of the grade of the violation and not based on the feelings of the harmed people.

-Grade 1: Minor insults like dumb ,noob to guildies.
Punishment:Kick of guild after 2 warnings have been told.Warnings will expire each week.The warnings continously or fractionated on short time periods more than two times mean automatically kicked.

-Grade 2: Insult continously with minor insults to guildies
Punishment:Kick of guild after one warning have been told.Warnings expire each 3 days.The warnings continously or fractionated on short time periods more than two times mean automatically kicked.

-Grade 3: Severe Insult like insult family or guildies
Punishment: Automatic kick of guild.

Also the player that counter insults with more insults will be punished with rules above

1.2 Casual playing its punished with kick of guild.

Casual player: person playing video games sporadically with little difficulty that do not require much dedication to be enjoyed.

1.3 Be loyal to guild.Guild will start help you after the fifth day you join guild.

1.4 Its forbidden to spam on guild chat. Warnings will expire each three days.The warnings continously or fractionated on time more than two times mean automatically kicked.

1.5 Respect other's privacy.Any invasion of intimidation its mean an automatic kick of guild.

1.6 Its forbidden to scam players.

1.7 Its highly recomended to say to salute guild when you conect and say bye when u go offline.

1.8 Any guild peace menace will be erradicated inmediatly.

1.9 Once you leave guild it will not be able to enter unless major cause: major illness or Family problems for example.If the player is invited again without a major reason will be kicked again.


2.Gameplay and Related

2.1 No alternatives accounts in guild.If you have others accounts you will have to keep rules anyway.

2.2 Its forbidden to beg.The member will be kicked after 3 warns. The warnings continously or fractionated on time more than two times mean automatically kicked.

2.3 Lend money as your own responsability.Guild wont compensate the money lost on any way

2.4 Buy item to other players as your own responsability.Guild wont compensate on any way the money lost

2.5 All absence must be justified.

Major justification: Any reason that prevent player to play by no ways for example: Exams,dead of a family member or any illness that immobilize partially or totally player of his activity on real life or game


Any absence must be comunicated to Guild Master and will communicate each time you must write master to justify absence.
2.7 You must follow guild rate.Certain lvls wont be allowed depending of the circunstances of the player.

2.8 Minimun time gameplay per day its 3 hours except any issue justified.

Others

3.1 Its forbidden to use any ilegal programme to get benefit.

3.2 Lack of knowledge of basic information will be warned depending of this lack kick could be applied. (except new member on certain range of time).

3.3 All players must read info of toram to be well informed of it (Fórums,News on game...).Certain signs that may induce a player doesnt realice a basic info search of lack of learning will be punished by kick of guild.

3.4 Just guild master or any person designated by him can manage Contribution points.The enalty will be downgrade of Rank.

3.5 The mínimum points per day will be of 250 points






MEMBERS AND RANKS
Ranks Descriptions

Ranks are given by succesfully reach certain lvl on loyalty,activity,knowledge and other terms.

1º-Deus/Dea: Higest rank on the guild.Players who have shown maximal loyalty to guild,a very wide knowledge on all issues of the game and they have very high lvl compared to most of the good players on game.Their responsabilities its to keep harmony on the guild,kick members that dont follow the rules,admit members and others regulatory responsabilities.This is the rank of the guild master.


2º- Seraphim/Seraphina: Second highest rank of the guild.Those players who have shown loyalty to guild and have been a remarkable player on the guild,also has shown enought skills to regulate guild in the absence of Divina rank players.They focus on the aid of the Divina rank players and watch over the other players below this Rank.

3º- Virtus:Third rank of the guild.Players who have shown good skills,knowledge and loyalty be proudly members of the guild.There have the responsability to aid saints to progress.





2º- Seraphim/Seraphina: Second highest rank of the guild.Those players who have shown loyalty to guild and have been a remarkable player on the guild,also has shown enought skills to regulate guild in the absence of Divina rank players.They focus on the aid of the Divina rank players and watch over the other players below this Rank.

3º- Virtus:Third rank of the guild.Players who have shown good skills,knowledge and loyalty be proudly members of the guild.There have the responsability to aid saints to progress.





4º-Angelus: Lowest rank of the guild.Players who have shown potential to be an active and productive member of the guild.Their capacities and loyalty are still able to be remodeled to climb to higher ranks.This rank its usual on new members.




Special Feature: teaching

To unify how all guildies teach newbies on guild,all guildies will apply mayeutic art that i will explain below:
The Mayeutic art witout entering on utter theory is a way to teach people based on ask to the student (newbie) with questions to guide them to true knowledge.Its a way to make a new guildie an active member on their own apprendiceship.So all members must follow this style of teaching.
Here I quote one example:

Student: Hey anyone know which stat use a dps mage?
Teacher: What does a mage is based?
Student: hmm.. Is based on magic damage
Teacher: If that so which stat is the best one for a dps mage?
Student: Int because it increases magic attack.
Teacher: Alright.

Of course this tech need two special features on both parts:
- Mastery on the teacher to guide the student.
- Previous basic knowledge of the studen
