The Archer or Gunner fusion build. (Lvl85 cap)*not updating

Ay thanx means alot to me thanx.to answer your questions:
1. STR adds atk and hidden critdamge growth to bows, it doesn't add atk to bowguns an I'm unsure about Critdamge.
Bowgun users will benefit from CRIT stat as it raises the crit rate and crit damage, BOWS on the other hand always seem to Critical SNIPE so crit rate is not a problem unlike with bowguns who need the extra crit rate since there rate has been nerfed(-30% I think)

2. Sneak at lvl10 takes away 800 agro, and yes it can cover the agro of a full SNIPE COMBO. Check my very 1st combo- If I'm in a party I can spam without pausing-because my aggro produced is less then the agrro I remove with sneak.
There is another reason why I use sneak in my combos- it is a non physical skill so it does not reduce snipes damage output of placed before it in a combo.

 

now that u said it,
snipe using bow is always critical indeed (currently using gear bow courtesy of u n PhongTom lol).
man, so bow user never have to care about adding more crit? that iz awezome!
so, what do u think about crit up from battle skills? does bow user need it?
shoot man playing archer is a blast, all 5 status effect inflicted in one combo holymom

Does sneak activate even if you don't have aggro?

 

hahah yeah it is a blast definitely compared to just a plain old impact gunner lol.
an gear bow is really great yes, even with -50% crit it still always crit SNIPE ( I'm having thoughts that perhaps bows have 100% crit rate with SNIPE or Dex has something to do with its high rate)
CRIT UP skill is worth getting for future skills, and it does add crit + crit damage I think.

I'm not 100% sure , but my sneak combos always activate. perhaps if there is a tank in your party using provoke or rage sword . I need to test this.

what if I activate impact from afar, will it still help proration even if it didn't hit?

Hi bro, can you help me to test whether sonic wave is worth enough to replace moeba as combo opener.
Because i think moeba shines if we fight on big area and less useful when we forced to fight in small area.

Im just not sure if sonic wave's tumble rate is good enough without using knuckles. Please do some tests bro

 

Hey sure man I'll help with tests ;my info I have so far
- I have sonic wave lvl 5 atm
-chances of tumble without knuckles is prob like 4/10. It really a hit or miss thing. Not recommended if Ur solo or targeted by boss. Moeba atleast almost always slows. If your gona be a agro dealer than best to use BG +knuckles cos it hits like 9/10 tumble.
Another thing with SONIC u gona need a fast COMBO to take advantage of it really.
Bt we can run some tests if not busy. PM me when u have time.

 

CMIIW sonic wave without knucks equipped has 50% proc rate? I guess if you like to use sonic wave in your combo, then it would be best to use Xbow instead of bow so you can equip knucks as a sub.

By "fast combo" did you mean a short combo?
And yes I'm trying to make combo for SOLO run with bowgun as main weapon but not sure about sub-weapon.
I have tested bowgun/knuckle and bowgun/knife. Currently testing bowgun/shield, being on halt due to maintenance.

 

Yes, that's my plan. But need to be sure if sonic wave tumble rate is as good as power shot with bow.
Does skill level affect tumble rate? Many people say it does

 

If you will be using Xbox/Knucks then it would be best to go with Sonic Wave. For the skill level, that i'm not sure of but I guess it does.
