    I don't think there's a thread specialized on stability. But I'll see if I can help you. What you want to know?

    Stability is the percent of maximum damage dealt randomly
    For Example (if you can deal 1000 maximum damage)
    1) Stability @50% -> 500-1000 damage randomly
    2) Stability @80% -> 800-1000 damage randomly

    ^ what he said, stability is the range of damage you can do. so, if your weapon has 70% stability, your damage can range from 70% to 100%.

    ^ What they said. If your weapon has Stability 40% and we suppose that your max damage per auto-attack is 1000, your real damage will be fluctuating within 400 and 1000 with 700 being the median. However, with the effects of proration (when the target gets used to a type of attack and lowers or increases it's defense) the damage can go above 1000 (100%) or below 400 (40%). This is just an example with a 40% Stab. weapon like Exo Bow. Say you use a weapon with Stab. 80%, your damage will fluctuate within 100% and 80%, without including other damage variables.

    stability can be found beside the weapon's atk in the item info. e.g. [bowgun] atk: 47 (50%)

    also atk 4% doesn't add any stability

    all weapons have their own natural stability which is always shown next to the atk of a weapon ...
    currently the highest stability for a bow is 70%(fw bow) and 55% for a bowgun (magic bowgun)
    so U can say stability at a bow is in general higher ^^

    Yes arrows add stability to bows but not bow guns (if I remember right)
