Attack speed

What is the actual cap I have heard that it is 1000 and anything over that really doesn't give you anymore atk spd. I already have 1030 atk spd and I haven't maxed quick slash yet so I want to see if I could use those points else where if anything over 1000 atk spd doesn't do anything then there's no need to keep putting points in it.

 

Ive tested, And 1000 is the cap... THE U CAN SEE!!! atk speed extends farther than 1000 though and increases though i dont know whats the real cap? ive tested around 2400+ Atk speed and to be honest it looks like u attack at faster rates compared to 1000

 

To be honest (and maybe its placebo) but I feel I still attack faster pushing attack speed over 1000. Over 1000, the attack meter pretty much disappears but it seems more attack speed results in a faster attack animation. Maybe my head is messing with me though, so take it with a grain of salt. For what its worth, all my gear is slotted with Minotaur and Im using a Wolf Bow with a total attack speed boost of 52% (unless attack speed % caps out at a number Im not aware of).

 

dont worry its real and ive tested it, attack speed extends over 9000!!!!!

 

For a brawler, it does make difference. The more aspd, the more hit can be done per swing. Not sure with other classes

 

It's for my 1h dps I don't know if I wanna keep putting points into quick slash because I can save some of those and put them in a different skill like sonic blade or something

 

Fire at will 9000 ^_^ my brawler will break a sweat on that rate cant imagine my FW garb breaking apart cause of aspd reasons LOL

 

at speed 9000, knuckle users literally looks like Dragon Ball Z scenes, when attacking

 

Yeah Volcanic swords looking like Kitchen knives LOL , Dragon Volgz ^_^

 

at 1100 aspd the green bar disappears.
