Combos / Higher hits

Im a 2h attacker trying to max out what I can do for damage.

currently running:
v sword - 58+1
ADV garb / bd armour cyan - 9+1
Cape - 9 w/ maxmp+50 / atkspd+50+20 w/ crysta
sofys talisman max mp+300+50w/ crysta.

I have level 2 blade skills etc skills required.
stats are
str 57
agi 19
int 10
dex 25
vit 24
crt 1

If someone could help me out that'd be great thanks

 

remake your character, your stats are so random. 2h swords are better pure str. read the warrior guides in the forum you will know a lot just by reading some of the guides.

 

oh my.. your stars are terrible no offense, I'm not trying to be an ass. Remake your character or use stat reset. All points to STR, farm/craft a better volg sword, add str +2 in all slots unless u can get volg xtals. everything else is debatable. could use the Str talisman, BD crown, and for armor you can buy/craft a high potential 1 and get custom stats. you will lack MP but you will do good dmg, lack of mp you might not be able to pull off combos

 

I suggest mix str and crit coz base in my experience with full str 80-90% of your combo will miss againts forestia / volg. Get atleast 30 crit make sure that the astute buff is always on for you to have a higher chance hitting your combos.

 

someone told me since astute increases crit that crit stat isn't needed.

 

Astute crit buff is not enough to have a good succesive hit. Ive been full str with my warrior and deleted it due to lack of crit chance.
someone made a warrior guide againts forestia earlier you can check it on the warrior discussion thread. You' ll see what crit stat can do and how effective it is.

 

Also if you really want full str i recommend buying crafted items with 5% crate and bosgob xtals

 

volg xtal works for 2h builds also? what's boss gob stats?

 

id go for crit rate to make sure my combos hits. volg xtal are best for rangers

Astute only increase rate IF IT HITS. Very important factor for pure str builds. Personally I'm 40 crit 121 str.

 

Create a new character instead to save your Reset item for future use. It's easy to lvl characters nowadays due to farm parties.

with the current LVL cap right now focus on STR and CRIT. try to save some points before hitting 40 and add it to Crit. atleast make it to 40Crits then your good to go.
