Just as @Vocal~ said, the best would be int+7%, matk+7%, int+1.

Honestly, using any of these, you'll hardly see a difference.
It's just a matter of how much spina/time you're willing to waste gambling.
I'd suggest using the basic, but effective, int+7% matk+7%.
