Ciao-su! I need some help from professional archer or sneak attack master here.Can someone explain this sneak attack skill ? Really curious about it ,my playstyle is snipe endlessly without gettin hit/aggro.

 

Sneak attack is basically just a skill that reduces Aggro

 

I know but do i need to manual cast it before main combo or put it in my combo?

 

It doesn't really matter since you're reducing Aggro by the same amount no matter how you use it. But it can be a place holder for save in a combo

 

From an archer's perspective a 200mp skill is not an optimal choice to put on save.

I am also suggesting that you use swift on this skill since it has a slow animation. ^_^

 

Really? Cause impact is 200mp and used as save for the 100mp combo :/
And as someone told me, save is the only reason why sneak attack is used. In addition to what I said, it's not even an attacking skill so it can be used in any way and the affect won't change ://///

 

Impact halves the next skill, so some use it in save, though for archers who most likely have smoke dusk, sneak attack wont be anyway near being use on save.

Opener > smoke dust (save) > sneak attack (swift) > impact (cons) > Snipe (smite) > 100mp Closer (swift)

Still 200mp ain't it?? You didn't specify what kind of 200mp it had to be. This thread was originally the question of "how do I use sneak attack?" Rather than "where in a combo can I put sneak attack?" It's not up for argument with what I said with save. I said it "can" be a place holder for it. ^_^_^_^^_^_^__^_^^_^\!1!1!1!

How about combo for archer that doesn't use impact?

 

If you still want to use that combo, just change sneak attack to cons and it's good to go. Though I must remind you, it really is a slow skill, thus will make your combo slower. ^_^

 

I haven't used archer much lately but i think Moeba - Smoke save - Sneak con - Snipe smite - Smash swift worked fine. You could also add Paralysis con after Smoke for debuff combo and stability buff. With either combo I also used aggro reduction gear; Spy's Talisman and either Desert Mentum Bow or Medic Coat. Mentum has 12m autoattack range so it's good for keeping distance. Tried Ghilly Sheet but seemed to lower mana recovery too much.
