Twin Slash Damage...

    Does anyone have any advice on this skill? I had hoped that with the crit damage boost, it might be a good damaging skill, but was disappointed with the result. Boosted at 110%, and with doubled proration set before, it's crit damage was only around 7.8k. I'm not uber equipped, but for comparison my normal attack (primary and sub combined) averages around 1k on crit. Do I need instead to switch to another for main damage? I was hoping to avoid the long delay with my DW, as It seems I see that red AOE invariably pop up as soon as I start a combo...

    At 80% it dose like 7-12k for me

    If your soloing just do astute>twin(smite)>rest of combo...
    Then prorate/Mp regen the mana back then do the combo again

    Gear was boss drops (phyto blade and kcoat) so if you get player crafted gear should be better

    Hmmm,

    The only crit dam bonus I had was 5% (plus the twin slash). My att is 650 currently, with a 94 att anniv. Sword. As I said, it was third slot after save and smited, so should be 110%. Like I said, the previous 2 skills were magic in an attempt to boost proration. I wonder why my damage is so weak? I was testing against Eeirie nightmare level if that matters...

    Resistances is boosted on higher lvl dificulties

    image.png Alas, still low. Tried on normal, it took me a few to combo and not get knockback, otherwise killed before combo would hit. Still 7500-7800 on crit with 110% and doubled proration..

    Have u got mag ring equipped? And whats ur twin slashs lvl? Because i remember hitting 15k+ around the time dw was first released and i think i was lvl 57 then, with agi dex str stats

    Nope, Dex Tal II. Agi 40 Dex 170ish. Attack shown is 650, using att 94 sword. Only level 10 crit up as bonus, so 5%. Level 10 twin slash..

    If you compare SS with Minnijay above, my normal attacks are comparable, but his astute is 5x mine and twin slash almost 3x. Of course he is 150% to my 110, but he has a neg. proration and I have a double positive...

    Thanks for the help, it's frustrating!
