Gold potum belt

When I logged on to my older account on toram I got a belt with a. Gold potum on it, it gives 1% drop however its not a item or avatar I've had it for a yr and done almost all events if not all events over the yr I've had it can anyone tell me anything about it?

Golden Potum is a purple xtal with 1% drop rate as it's only stat.
it was available during the Gold Potum event for the 3 million downloads celebration.

the belt in your picture is an avatar piece from the Snowflake avatar box.

Ur kidding but I still get the 1% drop and it didn't show up as avatar

 

take a screenhot of your equip screen

There is Mining bag which gives +1% droprate (add gear) then there is the hood potum xtal which gives +1% droprate.
That belt on the picture is an avatar from the snowflake series.
Try to unequip it and the add gear you actually wear should show up.
[edit] avatars can also have stats but they will never be high
