This makes me wonder for a while cause i've seen alot of combos lately the goes like
Opening Skill > Save > Consec > Smite > Swift > Smite (All skills executed)
And still end up costing 1 MP
Can someone knowledgeable explain how is this possible? The Smite in the end should've cost alot of MP right?

There aren't any combos that end with a smite that would cost 1mp AFAIK, not without a massive save buffer or extremely low mp cost skills.

Can you give an example of a combo ending with smite? (@_@)

Most combos end with a closer such as holy fist or other short range skills (At least for long range classes) that is consecutive, to nullify the doubled mp cost of the smited skill, and to also allow the skill "Smash" in battle skills to have a chance to proc on your smited skill. This way, the closing skill will not activate, but it will still nullify the doubled smite cost.

Double Smited combos do work. The issue is the swift that you added, which is NOT in combo lately, unless the swifted skill is a 0 mp cost skill such as throwing knife or quick aura, or the save skill save a lot of mp and the smite skill are not very high cost with impact to reduce costs.

Flash Stab > Smoke dust (save, 5mp banked) >Impact (cons, 5mp banked) >Moeba (Smite, 4mp banked) >punish Ray (Swift, 4mp banked) > Strike Stab (Smited, combo closer, so mp cost doubled, (4mp cost, consumes the remaining 4mp that's banked from smoke dust) = 1mp cost

Uhmm can I ask additional question? Whether its a yes or no here it is :p
-How much damage reduction does save have on the next skill?
-Does it apply to the "Next" skill or the next "Damage" skill?
-Whatever the answer on the above Q. does the reduction only apply on one or the rest also?
-Example I use this Opener > 5MP (Save) > 3MP (Save) would the banked MP be 8 or just 3?
Sorry for this ton of questions, hope someone can answer , Also Thank you in advance.

-80% on the saved skill, -60% on the next skill and if you still have leftovers in the bank, it will continue with -40% and -20%.
in theory it should be 8, but then the damage reduction would be doubled :p
