What level, skills if any and amount of Tec is required for each + stat? At level 91, with Customize Equipment level 10 and 226 Tec the max stats I can currently do are -4 and +8 for flat and % stats. Sorry if explaining this is an inconvenience or you merely don't want to share as it may be regarded as bs trade secrets

I meant character stats necessary to raise from +8 to +9 not what pot formula is needed

As of now, you should be able to add +1 flat stat every 10 levels.
As for % stats, there's no definitive explanation/pattern showcasing when the values increase.
Try getting your character to lv.110+, and adding Accurate Customization Lv.10

Those stats are not possible on an armor.

Correct, due to there being 3 different penalties, from 3 different categories, that would be the best way to add those stats.
(I failed to notice the triple penalty the first time around)
