I need some suggestions for 1HFu!

Hello guys!
I am building 1H Fu and I am thinking to get S7% Att 7% CD 7% states on Armor. BUT Just wanted to ask, is those states better or S7% CD7% Cd11 or S7% CD11 C11% c11 better to get?
Is it better to get 2 slotted adv grab arm or get high Defensive 1 slotted arm?
And also, since, I already capped my 1H Fu character, my dmg seems still low, for example my friend's lvl 85 1Hfu can do over 100k dmg with heavy smash on Roga whereas, I rarely do around 80k only(most of the time 40-60K) ..I wonder what went wrong with my build..
Have many questions to ask but will keep this much hehe

att7%cdmg7%str7% impossible on arm. idk bet str7%cd7%cd11 and str7%cddd, if u crit more choose str7%cd7%cd11 i guess :\, or u can use str3%+cdmg7%cdmg11cr11, str7%cdmg3%+cdmg11crit11

My friend said it is possible to have Att7% CD7% S7%...he gave me wrong info then ....Thanks so much anyway, I will go with S7%, CD7% CD11 because I do Crit constantly

hmm may be I misunderstood then, my bad ..But on sword I have that states..

 

On armor it is impossible because atk% and matk% are doubled pot; however at a weapon this is just the regular pot used (or half of the use of armour, it depends how you look at it )
