Failed to Acquire Synthesis Proficiency

Why is this happening?

 

They have a limit on how much prof exp a craft can give you

 

My synth is Lv 70.
My proficiency is Lv 90.
My Difficulty is 184. I don't understand why I'm no longer gaining proficiency.

 

I don't follow.

 

So what should I do at this point to raise my proficiency?

 

I can't afford to keep wasting time farming useless materials. Lol.

The item lvl of vaccine III is 80 so you will start seeing those stop gaining prof after +10 of it and thats 90prof.

 

You can only gain exp until you're 11 levels over the items level.
(-3% exp decrease per level over item level)

2+ proficiency below item level = 30%
1 proficiency below item level = 28-30%
equivalent proficiency/item level = 25-30%
1 proficiency over item level = 22-27%
2 proficiency over item level = 19-24%
3 proficiency over item level = 16-21%
4 proficiency over item level = 13-18%
5 proficiency over item level = 10-15%
6 proficiency over item level = 7-12%
7 proficiency over item level = 4-9%
8 proficiency over item level = 1-6%
9 proficiency over item level = 0-3%
10 proficiency over item level = 0-1%
11 proficiency over item level = 0%

 

to be exact, u will completely stop gain prof after +11, at +10 sometime gain, sometime not
