Skill points and stat points from emblem question

    I read online somewhere that said the extra skill and stat points are locked to a character. Is this true? I made a brawler and redeemed some emblem then deleted it to make a halberd.

    eg: Made brawler, got the free skill point for playing 1 hr, delete the brawler. Will my other characters(like my halberd and mage) still get that skill point or is it gone now since I read it's locked to a char?

    So, I would still get the skill/stat points that I got from my deleted brawler on my halberd?

    yes. Btw it called emblem. Right? It giv all char slot xtra skill point and stat point
