Hi would it be possible for dex 4/5%, crit damage 7%, crit damage +12, crit + 12, with a 56 pot armor. If so please could u tell me the recipe and rate of success

 

Minimum potential for Atk 7% Dex 7% for armor? Is it possible to add Dex+12 (or below)

That combination is currently not possible on armor. You can, however, use this alternative courtesy of wyrix:

Minimum Potential: 55
Step 1: add atk+2% (15pot left)
Step 2: add matk-7%, m.pierce-3%, acc-7, acc-3% (272pot left)
Step 3: add ele+11%, atk+%
*atk+6%=-41=95%
*atk+7%=-74=67%

2. Presist 1% (43pot)
3. Matk-7%, mpierce-3%, acc-7 (187pot)
4. Aggro10%, presist7%, mresist7%
-65=50% success

You can use the same recipe interchanging cdmg/stats because they consume the same potential amounts.
Minimum Potential: 56
Step 1: add cdmg+4% (16pot left)
Step 2: add cdmg+1, modify 4 times, each time adding +1, to end with cdmg+5 (1pot left)
Step 3: add crit+1, matk-7%, acc-7 (121pot left)
Step 4: modify crit 11 times, each time adding +1, to end with crit+12 (110pot left)
Step 5: add dex+%, cdmg+7%, cdmg+12
*dex+6%=-50=25%
*dex+5%=-36=54%
*dex+4%=-21=86%
