    1. What is the chance that they will activate per skill level.
    2. How much does the damage increase per skill level.
    3. What skills/types of skills do they activate for.

1.) 10% chance to activate (whack is for physical skills, concentrate is for magic skills) at lvl10
2.) 20% boost in damage done at lvl10
3.) They dont work for "isplace" skills (i.e. Tempest, spinning, arrow rain, magic arrows, lances, storm, wall and dive impact) so concentrate is just useless compared to whack.

Isplace are a category skills that mostly don't get affect by "range" related dmg bonuses , and also for some whatever reasons they also dont get affected by concentrate and whack.

Theory: Concentrate and Whack actually give +20% Long Range and Short Range damage. That would explain why they don't work for ISPLACE skills. We could check by getting Short Range/Long Range Damage +% as high as possible and high stability, then see if it's exactly +20% or slightly less based on being additive to other long/short range damage.

Nope the stat long/short range are multiplied seperately not added.
Whack has a % to activate either way, while the stat will activate all the time if you use a skill from a certain distance.

Tho there are some other skills that are additive towards whack one example is the skill long range which also checks isplace.
