Max Luk

Is it true that 120 luk is the max needed in normal mobs ? I mean 120-255 luk has no difference in normal mobs (nightmare roars and povas are the mobs i farm) ? If its true then i wont bother putting more luk in may mage farmer. Thanks in advance.

 

Its not true.
But its better if you can kill the mobs faster(1hit) than having a full luk that kills mobs with 3-6hits.

 

thanks for the reply. i can now kill roars with 2 hits. do you think its better to put more into int till i 1 hit or just go to luk now ?

 

Atleast 1hit it with impact>storm(smite)>mpcharge(swift)
Here is my stat and equips(1hit with smited storm)
L97(60INT>rest in Luk until 255 then continue int)
MD:light,+13int, %todark+B(ecb)
Arm: +13int,13%todark(mp150 but gonna change to Int+3)
Add:nightcape(pojo, if dont have pojo, put int+3)
Specialhilo(gp, if no gp put int+3)
2hits with storm>mpcharge combo. I think I can 1hit this before L110.

 

Right gear with full luk you can get a lot of matk. Armor stat int 7 matk 7 xtal nurethoth. Magic device anniversary md. Ring philosopher ring with granny xtal. Add gear use monocle with empress II.

 

You need to have atleast 600+ Matk to 1hit NC. Right now im lvl 103 with 50int and 228(roughly)luk stat. I get 6stacks in 1hr. I only have 450Matk. Sad life

 

Well I was told that you need at least 1100 matk.

 

Ya.. Well i was told by my guildmate. So i tried equipping my staff to test it. I got 666 Matk i was able to 1hit NC.

Or maybe i was wrong.. Let me check again. Maybe its 2hits lol

 

Ok then I’m way over 666 matk. Changing ring with granny to one with golden potum! 666 devil glen should be happy.

 

255 luck is best , add good gears I prefer scrader in ring than nuroth, nc die with less magic atk if your md is light ele 13% to dark Int 13 or cspd 13%I use castspeed helps a lot..also if you plan to refine past B 255 luk.i use bunny ear hood too slotted pojo xtall ^. I one shot and I'm only level 95.

 

Actually nurethoth is in my armor have golden potum in ring. Might get Scrader!

 

Yes the nega for cast speed hurts with their constant aoe ^^ scrader will give u long range damage 2% as well as 3% mag atk.

 

Do you have int stat? Can i 1hit NC with only Light Elem 13%dmg to Dark +cspd without int/matk added to MD? Also with armor im just using TD npc ver.

 

better match it with a good armor when farmin nc. I use an armor with cspd13%im7% for fast casting

 

I prefer the cspd so I'm not interrupted as much, but since you don't have a 13 Int 13% to dark armor id say go with light ele 13% to dark 13 Int for device,and when you get the chance grab the ele armor. I use a two slot that isn't meant for mage with Iconos n Ifrid,I'll either use cat ear hood or bunny ear hood, I get 3% drop rate with bunny plus I use philosopher ring and scrader. An my m atk isn't past 500 yet but I still take mobs down with one storm then have enough cspd to take down extras if they happen to run into my storm..you should have your device refined high enough preferably the latest atk one Anniversary, add a ecb if u don't want the extra mp ..

 

The light element and 13% to dark help a lot. I use im7%cspd13% Aranea Ore, npc medic coat, bunny ear hood or mining bag and Philo Ring with mp+150 xtal. MD only has +9 refine, 50 Atk and is no slot but I need 1350 matk to kill the roar with one Storm tick, takes 2-3 Storm ticks using my Luk Mage with 713 matk and same gear equipped so getting the right gear for the mob is definitely as important as your stat allocation if not more important on a Luk Mage ^^

 

So i need to upgrade my MD. But its hard to get +13
I got 462 Matk now with almost 3hits. Im using cheap MD with light 5%dark +5int. Below are some gears.

 

So he managed to 1hit NC with below 500matk because of 13%dmg to dark?

 

I might try sunlight potum in my bunny ear hood, Jade raptor in my armor and Scrader in philosophers ring

 

I don’t have lightelement on my magic e. Sucks imo
