Who drops assassin arm?

i wanna know if there is a mob/boss that drops the assassin garb. Or if it’s just easier to get the mats and make it in the bs. Pls help! Thanks

Lol just ask the npc blacksmith if you are already leveled up to craft them.

 

I actually did look at the bs and I saw that what I need left is
•Cracked skull
•grudge of a soldier
•bloody scarf
But I don’t know where u can get any of that and I tried asking peeps on shout in sofya but no one answered so I’m asking on this website. And I don’t have the money to just buy the mats on the board so I have to resort to farming for the mats.
