cant log in

    i cant log in using my phone. keeps on saying connection error. i do have a good internet connection. it stops at acquiring ID.

    i tried restarting phone, clearing data, uninstall and reinstall, but still i cant connect.

    i tried logging in using a pc android emulator and it works fine with the pc. its just with the phone that i cant log in.

    i tried logging in using my tablet and it works fine. its just with the phone. and its just after this update.
    i even tried factory reset.

    Hmm.... It trouble in your account verifications.... Try to make sure your google account in your phone fully supported (I can said fully connected). Second, make sure your another device that had login into this account to be logout first from Toram.
    Hope it help ^^ let us know what happened after you tried it ^^

    I can said this because in your screenshot, I see some "cautions" icons appear

    how can i contact dev for support?

    the caution sign comes from roaming. i have it activated when i use data. i havent changed anything and ive been using this phone for years playing toram. :)

    anyway i contacted dev from their website. hopefully it gets fixed.

    meh... they didnt give me solutions. just a form to fill up. anyway, i kinda found a work around. USB reverse tethering my phone to the pc until i connect and then transferring to WIFI after connecting.

    it seems toram has network issues...

    Well.... That might be your Firewall or ISP itself had trouble. As we can connect in game normally you know o.o
    Well in that case, most easier is contact toram itself in email
    As you both got different issue or root of cause

    We tried it on my friends account. He has it too once he updated. I think it has something to do with the age of the account and the device where you first played it. I can play my account on my old device(android tablet) but not on my new(droid phone). He can play his account on his older phone(iphone) but not on his newer phone(droid). But it was fine before the update.

    Btw weve been playing since 2015. Lol.
    Any 2015 players here with new devices?

    Edit: forgot the year. I think its not 2015. Lvl 45 cap. I dunno what year that was. Lol.
