Need help deciding - 1h Sword+Shield DPS or Halberd?

Hello Toram community!
I really could use your help deciding which play style to pick as my main since I'm torn between the two. I'm personally interested in 1h shield+sword but I fear no one would want me in their party or guild with that build since it doesn't seem popular or wanted. So would u recommend choosing halberd over the other one? Or should I pick any play style?

Play the class as u wan. Coz u will be using it till end xD

 

if dps alone halberd is better.. but if u want balance survivability/tanking with decent dps 1h shield is a way to go

 

People don't really care about what build you're using, just as long as you can contribute well to a party. 1h+shield isn't that rare of a DPS build, but since most DPS players like to use halberds, bows, and 2hs, 1h+shield isn't seen as commonly as it could be, but most people know that 1h+shield is capable of DPS, thought they might expect you to be a tank or semi-tank.

I see, I'll choose 1h sword+shield as my only concern was that I won't be accepted in a guild or party with that play style but since that is cleared up, I'll start working on it. To me, that play style looks really cool and seems very fun as well. ^.^

but halberd cant be %100 crit still.. but punish ray halberd always have %100 crit
and true halberd still best dps my think

For now I'll start with the 1h build as, for me, it offers more versatility and fun as compared to a halberd.
