Hello im selling refiner service..
Refiner are the other words of Ups/Plus(+) Equipment..
Weapon, Armor/Garb , Additional can be upgrade..
(Untradeable tags item, CANT... ofc)

i currently accepting :
0 to +7 for 10.000 Spina or 30pcs Damascus Ore / Minotaur Skin as payment.
0 to +8 for 50.000 Spina or 1 stack Damascus Ore / Minotaur Skin as payment.
0 to +9 for 100.000 Spina
0 to +10(E) for 200.000 Spina

Some of you may not know .. that from +8 to ups are really hard..chance of fail increased..
thats why the price of refiner will remaining the same even you its already from +8

im making this thread just so you guys know im Trustedable person.
some testimonial are on attached file and replyed by customer itself..
feel free to report if i do something bad xD
im usually on English Server , sometimes i visit Inter Server
