I'm stuck with this quest. Please help

Have you tried going into the palace in el scaro?

 

I didn't see any ! sign in Scaro so I left and just run around the Wanderes Camp.

 

Try looking inside and outside of El Scarlo

Go in it

 

"Investigate Maia Diela."
go to Maia Diela and look for event mark.
it could be a ! or a ?, you will also see it on the mini map and the blue arrow should point to it when you are on the map.

you can reach Maia Diela from Harde Hill.
did you buy a teleport to get into El Scaro?
because normally you can't go there unless you cleared the story in Maia Diela and beyond.

 

After the story arc is over, can you continue the thread? I like your version better.

And I go to El Scaro from Christmas Map, Neveda relics or something.

If I remember... That's an Event Battle against a boatload of annoying enemies... So good luck on that since no one can join it.
And if the next MQ is the one I think it is (fu-freaking Goldoon!), then start getting Mercs and Pets, cuz you'll probably need them if you can't deal damage while also not dying horribly.
