Also, if you're doing the quest chain alone (not accompanied by someone), DO NOT bring a mercenary there. As @Isra said, it's easier doing it alone, and Mercenaries/Partners are just deadweights there. They go down in seconds, even when they have 60k or even 100k HP. Just solo it, Baphy has low defenses, anyway. He goes down fast with burst damage.

I'm not sure if I encountered a glitch.. After you complete the whole set of quests, during the final fight W baph, I selected all the characters except for my char (adventurer). It auto won the battle and I got quite a few cookies.. I'll try testing it again and drop screenshots.. If it doesn't work then I probably encountered some glitch I guess

 

Like I said... If you don't select Adventurer, you get directed to a cutscene where Baphomela gets rekt by the NPCs. =.= You get 1 cookie for cheering them from the sidelines.

 

Ah yes, you're right, it gives 1 cookie.. I skipped thru the cutscenes and missed the no if cookie dropped the first time round.. Thx @WindSlash !
