Still confused by what "Aggro" means.

I have this equipment which has a negative aggro stat. Is that a good or bad thing? What does aggro mean anyway? Does having more aggro make you a prone target in slaying bosses with a party or the other way around? I play DPS in our party with my friends so is it possible to not exhaust my hp just because the target only attacks me? Enlighten this noob pls ツ

 

Aggro is the attraction of mobs. The negative stat is good thing if you wanna lower the chance to be targetted by a mob. So ya having more aggro makes you prone to get attacked and its better to have a tank in the party sometimes if the mob takes time to kill

If you're a tank, having negative agro is bad. If you aren't a tank, it's a good thing.

Aggro the fine art of "attracting attention to yourself", so the rest of the party can cast damage spells in peace.

 

+Aggro = Notice me Senpai
- Aggro = Don't Notice me Senpai

 

I'm a tank tank, and I can tell you that + aggro gets me the attention I need. No, not in the masochist sense

 

Aggro=women in heat looking for u
Negative aggro= u not turn on

Aggro is just like how annoying you are. If you're more annoying than the rest of party, the boss will chase you. To kill u of course.....
