    Actually you aren't even allowed to have colored guild names. Since you cant enter the code and change the color and equip the title. Therefore people are finding loop holes and abusing it. Not allowed if they took out Colored Mood messages in the first place.

    It's 100k guild name change, just shove a color code in front of guild name and voila! Colored guild! You have to be the guild leader and have space for the color code tho.
    Mood message is "declared" illegal since it is much longer space for text and easy access by the masses and abused. At least with colored guild you are more inclined to wear your guild name (coz is kewl yo) and be noticed by all. Plus it keeps morale up for guild mates coz we usually boot off any "problematic" and inactive members(yah, active guild and a hyper active guild leader got rules on fair play and power to kick members)
