Help bringing out the full potential of my Katana

I feel like my katanas damage given the fact that i have decent equipment is still low and does not present its full potential. If its alright w you guys, i just need some advice on what i should do? Maybe i missed out on a certain skill that increases damage dealt or something like that.

Here’s a brief summary of the build i use (note: this is not my personal build. Just watched videos and combined what i saw but tbh they all look the same lmao.)

Another thing, my katana and armor do not have stats yet since i’m planning to wait for the +15 stats to keep up to date. I’m planning on acdcd stats for both arm and weap since i am a meikyo user.
