Question about Statting

Hi to all
Sorry if i ask(ed) alot, this game keep entertaining me and i rly want to taste every facilities that toram give xD

I tried to fill my arm (60 pot) with IM7% agro -10% with my lvl 100 BS 255 TEC, and failed.. I tried using formulas in guide here.. is my lvl still not enough or i must raise my BS proeficiency first, or my way of statting is wrong?

Every 10 Levels = 1 stat you can add, so it should be fine for you to add them stats.
Bs Proficiency lv does not affect Statting at all, potential points is the main factor that affects sucess rate.

Here is the statting Formula
Minimum Potential: 58
Step 1: add matk+2% (18pot left)
Step 2: add atk-7%, p.pierce-3%, acc-7, aggro-10% (218pot left)
Step 3: add int+7%, matk+7% (-28=100%)

The only way I can see it failing is incorrectly following the formula.
Make sure accuracy is not % and aggro is negative not positive.

To practice statting I suggest using the statting simulator on the coryn club website in tools.
