-Do I still need HIT or Accuracy if I have 100% CR? If yes,how much do I need to increase it for my attacks to not miss? And how do I increase it besides DEX?
-Is it true that Spinning Slash deals magical proration?
-How to increase Stability without DEX?
-Can I know what potions give the highest MaxHP,MaxMP,ATK or ATK%,AMPR?
-Is there a potion that gives Stability,Sub hand ATK or CR/CD?
-Can I know the list of all the new OHS and ARM in Smith Skill?
-Can I know all Additional Gears and Special Gears that gives the highest CR/CD or both?

 

1.) Criticals don't miss but attacks will Graze alot on high dodge Bosses if you don't have much accuracy. Graze attacks have a stability of 50%. Also, the new boss, Gwainol has Crit Resist. To increase accuracy without dex, use equips or consumable.

2.) Yes, Spinning Slash deals Magic proration but damage is affected by Physical proration. Yes spamming it actually increases its damage.

3.) Str also increases Stability on certain weapons. As for what weapon gains stability on Str and for how much, that I do not know. There are also equips that Raises stability and the Shot skill Paralysis Shot raises it too when used.

4.) Max HP - Vita Plus 3: 1500 HP
Max MP - Magiadd 3: 300 MP
Atk and Atk% - Power Candy: 40 Atk and 4% Atk
Ampr - Magic Absorption Stone: 6 Ampr

Do note that there are items that give higher HP and MP but those items can only be obtained during events or as daily login reward.

6.) Don't know, not a smith.

7.) Only ones I know or atleast remember:
Beast Collar - +15 CR
Gothic Hat NPC version - +15 CR

 

OHS - Imperial Sword
Arm - Mozt Armor and Diomedea Suit

Misanga - +500 MP and +1% crit rate (Yunis)

and you can use stability stats from equipment.

Special VitaPlus (login reward) gives HP+100%
Special MagiAdd (login reward) gives MaxMP+1000
Muscle Oil gives Atk+40 and +40%
Magic Absorbing Stone (or whatever it was called) has ampr+6

no, but there might be an undocument consumable item that does that.
potions are usually much better than consumables, but some have effects that potions don't have
White Gelantin, for example, doubles movement speed (walking) for 3 minutes.

Consumable. Craftable with Corroded Iron Arm x1, Sharp Shield Bit x1, and 200 Med. points.

but how much sp and stat points do i get when i reach 155?
with like maybe half of the sp emblems collected..

 

Emblem skill points: 36

Skill points per level: 155

Bonus skill points every 5 levels: 31

155 + 31 + 36 / 2
= 204

Stats points at level 155 = 410(not 100% sure though as I don't have a 150 yet. Just based it on all the emblem stats point you'd get + the stat point per level)

Does motion speed gear buff only apply to casting animation? I assumed that buff applied to walking too..

 

Freeze decreases motion speed. U dont walk slower when freeze do u xdddddddddd

In battle, yes. you do move slower.

 

maybe it was motion speed, not movement speed...
it had a green boot icon and the stat changes were not visible on the stat screen.
and my character got faster, but it was not aspd. that one has a sword-with-arrow icon.
