You can search for them if you do not know them. Ask for them to provide the proof for the restrictions you asked for. And you can ask for people(especially trustworthy people) to vouch for them. After that it is still up to you if you think you can trust them or not. Not much else the other person can do if they meet the requirements asked for. Like I get that selling them is risky, especially with first time buyers you have never sold to before.

Only srd has been sold out..well..the higher ur offer, the more likely u'll get the slot. Btw, pay in is made not available by the developers.I've been doing pay first and ari is cool with that..so yea..He'll prob get all slots as he agree to pay first.
