Should I go 1h shield dps or dual wield?

Man, I wish any class could use shadowstep.

So what I want is the power to solo the boss after everyone else in the pt dies lol.

Dual wield has shadowstep and phantom to dodge attacks, and also has buster for hp recovery, and meteor. However, its auto attacks are insanely long. But they dont get many pts...

1h shield has buster, meteor, and p.def. I already have a tank so I dont want that. More like a semi dps tank. Their auto is short but kinda ugly lol. But they get pts...

So what should I go for?
I also have a a7%cd7%cd13 sword and a a5%cd13cr13cr13% sword, which is better?

 

Never mind. I'm going for dw, I totally forgot about cross parry. They getting lv4 at 170 cap, which is near.

Edit: I went for both

 

You could go full AGI and get quick aura + berserk to get a lot of ASPD to help with the slow animations.
