Synthesis Bug

yeah...this has been going on for a long while,but everytime i do this pattern of synthesizing app :

>Receive item from mail > Synthesis the app using that item with another item i have in bag > Anvil keeps going forever without stopping >No choice than Reset the game.

i can synth it like normal after relog,but every.single.time.i.receive.from mail,this happens.


somewhat extremely annoying,and does anyone actually get this same problem,or is it just only me?

 

It always happen if the items that you received is add gears/armor/weapon.
This bug is really annoying.
I usually switch server after i took add gears/arm before doing any synthesis.

 

Programming-wise, I think the bug is a result the system thinking you are modifying an item that it doesn't recognize as something that is in your inventory. This is also the same issue with trading multiple equipment items that came from the gift system.

To fix this, you can switch characters after retrieving the equipment from your mail. This enables the system to "see" that the equipments in question are in your inventory.
