fractional barrier

    Could someone explain how it works fractional barrier
    becuz i have more than 60% barrier and titan do 26k damage :V and i have 44k

    It basically cut the fractional dmg by the said percentage. If a boss does 200% frac dmg and u cut it by 60% you still get 140% frac dmg so ggwp and go to town.

    in most cases fractional are simply that, just fractions. if u have 100% hp when hit, u live, with or without barrier.(not counting fractional combos or fractional spikes) However some bosses have Fatal damage that seems to work as a 1shot regardless of hp(zolban iirc) i personally don't like to rely on barriers because of cooldown, but on dps, phys and mag bar can be life saver

    Edit: Not sure but i think drop gems (legend, etc) affect fractional %

    What kills me is howe there are things put in place that go beyond logic lol. Imagine cutting up a pizza pie into quarters and then your kid coming to the table like "Oh! wait... wheres the other 140%?" thats how i feel when I see attack % over 100%. Like they originally had extra peices of pizza thrown in but in another box.

    Fractional barrier % takes dmg off of the attack based on ur max hp, if u have 65% fractional barrier and u have 17k hp for an example u will reduce the dmg by 11k, this way works out better than reducing the fractional dmg by 65%, because if u get hit for 15k it would reduce it by 9750, so the barrier being based on max hp lets u mitigate an extra 5.7k dmg, tho once mitigated the lowest dmg u receive is 1, if u wanna test this (tested when the fractional barrier stat first came out) there are mobs outside el scaro (the stone things) that deal around 5% fractional dmg each auto
