Rate the compensation

Orb was just for the extended maintenance. Devs probably planned the actual compensation for the end of month because they still figuring out what compensation would be appropriate and also because they got their hands full dealing with refunds and restoration atm.

I know this sounds kinda wrong but after how long they dragged out the maintenance i don't expect to get anything else, to be honest it's nice enough they are restoring avatar items but it still is disappointing at the moment for people who spent money, not being able to use the things you purchased always sucks

edit: My entire string of comments has just basically been me saying i don't have any faith in the team right now, sorry but i've just not played long enough to expect anything out of them, especially after the maintenance being as long as it was

With 10 million cases to sort through it's going to take time to fix this. I'm confident devs will give atleast decent compensation considering game was offline like 15 days and players are pretty angry atm.

I really do hope so, it's kinda sad to see so many people upset over lost progress, i don't blame them for the loss of data at all but this is one of the main reasons i'm afraid to spend money on games like this. I used to have a big obsession with gatcha games, and one of them ended up shutting down completely over underage gambling charges, and no one ever really saw compensation for that, so in general i just don't have a lot of faith in mobile game companies, as wrong as that sounds

 

They have literally come after me in 2 threads now every time i made a post, this is putting a bad taste in my mouth to be honest, thank you for being sweet

 

Honestly imo it's better spending your money on console or PC games because even if the company that created shutdowns for good you can still play these games for years unless its multiplayer. Mobile games tho it's a different story you get what you get and could be over tomorrow for all you know.

In general hardcore pay to play games just piss me off, my dad at one point got super addicted to "game of war" and spent almost 700$+ and half the time didn't get what he payed for, and he never saw any of his money back, toram is super fun and i hope they can put out a better name for these types of games by doing the right thing as they have posted about <3

 

Yea game of war was bad p2w some players would spend thousands to stay on top. Atleast with toram tho it's mostly cosmetics and piercers so dont have to worry about players jacking your stuff you paid for.

 

My spending limit for any game has always been 30$
With that amount, you can get a decent avatar set/ character set and brag about it for ages. Besides, I just saw Arewzo's orbs which were 60 out of which 11 were paid and the rest were from Toram.
They host several orb events, so we have no place to complain for a small mistake on their part but I will still complain because its fun

 

Tbh,they should give some sort of small gift to player to stall their anger.
Imo,Aso is not really proficient at damage control (Well,the notice and story is counted,but don't think thats enough)

Very much so agreed, a lot of us don't have faith in the team at the moment as is, so we are all just kinda on the edge of our seats waiting to see what we will actually get back. I really do hope you get all your cool stuff back dear!

Very very true, and i think i kinda admire that about toram, certain things are 100% understandable, to me it's like buying a special edition of a game for a special costume or something, not a big deal at all,

GREAT POINT, I give you that completely, it would be cool if you where 100% going to get to get all avatar items instead of risking only getting gems though

mfw quit the game for a couple of years and now there's all this drama about tuyuls (apparently indo bots? there were always some bots but they were never really that big) and somehow asobimo was stupid enough to not save their data on multiple machines. honestly surprised they didn't just pull the plug on this game and release toram online 2 at this point.

Actually,they compensate us with too much orb (ofc who want refuse such good stuff)
Honestly this surprising since most of time their compens is pretty meh.

Ill give it 5 i suppose since that excess orbs actually covers my lost dps gear

 

I guess I’ll give you my input, we have all lost quite a lot because of this rollback. However I’m looking at this like a story. The cataclysm that happened in the lore we have just experienced. The world around us shattered and our characters were killed. And by experincincing the cataclysm I have grown to appreciate all of the hard work I put into my characters. As we all should, it sucks that it happened, but we can’t give up. We will get our strength back.

As for the compensation, I feel it’s fair, but not everyone can afford to buy orbs regularly so maybe I’m bias there. I’m broke so I can’t afford orbs so I’m very gracious for the compensation we were given.
