Flash blast

• Bonus 25% WeaponATK buff on dual sword. This only works on main weapon

Is this only activated when an evade or shadowstep is used? Or is this activated when the buff is activated?

 

When the timer starts wep atk buff is activated, only the extra dmg activates during evasion/shadowstep
I have it at lvl10 to do extra dmg and to essentially clear the map of mobs when lvling

 

so it doesnt provide a 25% atk bonus buff? It only happens during evade or shadowstep?

 

The 25% wep atk bonus is same through all lvls of flashblast from 1 to 10 and it applies just like war cry u dont need evasion to get the buff,

if u just want the atk bonus get it at lvl1,
If you use shadowstep in your combo or you have alot of evasion then you could consider making it lvl10, since you will always have a half dead mob chasing after you if its at lvl1

• Shadow walk and Flashblast both negatively affect proration.
