back after long hiatus

hii im izu,a small time artist on this forums,i left the game on mid last year,im thinking of coming back,anything i should know about the game now?and is there any changes to katana class and how good is magic blade?also ill be starting up my art commisions soon so pm me for requests guys owo

Around March, a server crash happened, and non Japanese players' data were rolled back to the data as of December 13, 2018. As compensation, they gave 200 orbs and some other buffs, details of which you can check here: http://en.toram.jp/information/detail/?information_id=4247

As for changes, Tenryu got nerfed a bit, and Finale got a massive nerf to its second and third hit. And some other changes I forgot.

Magic Blade, Dark Energy, Assassin, Minstrel, and Dancer skill trees are out now, but they're kinda meh, only a few good skills.

They have a plan to rework A LOT of skills, though it's currently unknown when the changes will be released. And they have said that when they release those changes, there won't be free resets.

 

Hi, just bumping here coz i just got back too. Since NC is dead, where should i farm for spina?

 

venena materials
bosses that aren't frequently visited (like goovua and guignol, but farming can be problematic when no one is there)

aecernix drops, high amount of medicine and a 500mp ring with 25% water resistance (guess the empress geared like it)

 

is this like the old farming mechanics where u just find a pt then do a breain-dead storm fest?

 

Brain-dead finale, cf, sc,tenryu,dt,chariot & meteor fest now...

Or would I say brain-dead impact+T4 now...

 

There's always other ways to make money like refining service or stating gear also people farm mom fluck as well and sell the mats but i find that fight more annoying

Storm on farming does still exist but halberd farmer is kinda/seems more valuable now, using impact+dive impact is recommended now.

 

Dive Impact is better for mobs with higher HP. For low HP mobs Storm is still better. Acernix has low HP and high defense (or physical resist idk) so it's better to use Storm there.

I think you'd earn less that way since there are botters in a lot of places. I think grinding boss materials is a better way to earn spina now.

 

that's the problem, when I stopped playing I sold all my boss grinding weaps and arms. now im back to wood sword. lol but ill take not of this

 

ah and also i realized when i used certain skills in mononofu, a garyou tensei icon appeared on the buff list ,whats that?it just sticks around,also wow finally nerfed finale huh?still finale online or more balanced?about the skill rebalance,i hope they focus on buff classes like true support making them actually viable since the atk class has more than enough already

The icon itself doesn't tell you much. But if you go to the settings, you can enable it to show the charge/time for a skill (though I forgot where, I'll edit later). For the Garyou icon, under it there will be x/10, it shows how many skills you need to use to achieve the maximum damage of Garyou. Another example is Cross Fire, shows how many charges you currently have.

Finale is nerfed so bad, usually when I go miniboss farming with a Finale user, the third hit couldn't kill mobs around and they are quite annoying.

Edit: It's in Settings > Graphic > Show Support Skill Icons, enable all 3 options.

well we kick finales now,since thanosuzuki p. snapped the usefulness out of the entire magic class and keeps being stupid.

left with a somewhat "decent" dmg skill that drawn a sht ton of aggro,keep missing all the time,and you always become a billboard when casting.



tenryu got nerfed around -10%~ dmg,doesn't affect much to gameplay.



decoy shot is paired with almost every class because of the op ampr.



crossfire is still haven't nerfed yet and trumps every other class on a regular basis on event and high dif bosses.



after all the bashing on ds being weak af prior to its t4 skill release,suzuki p decided to make kiritoes supa gei.



new farm spots for materials and spinas,nc and minotaur skin became useless and waste of time to farm (bots did it better).

also if you want to open art commission do it at amino,the art corner in the forum can be considered dead.Majority of toram artist and commissioners goes to amino,not here.
