Deadly spear need lvl 8 for instant cast and for 1h user, it will get penalty crit rate (Idk how much)

Edit: For hb, crit for deadly spear is 100 and 1h is 50, so crit rate is not a problem. But it still cost more skill point

 

In the end, Impact is still superior.

Rage Sword - Can only be used by high aggro / tanker
Deadly Spear - Must crit. Your MP will have a leak if the boss have high evasion

And also, both of them are close ranged

 

Of course, I use Deadly Spear on my Chronos Drive GSW Halb, not that much of an improvement over Impact, but I got the SP to get other things.
I wish there were a bit more skills for the other classes to get the halved mp cost, not just swords and halb.

 

In the last video about the new mechanics, P told about new skills like impact, rage sword or deadly spear to implement in sword skills and more ideas about other skills.

 

I found new meta combo ..
Rage sword>shield canon (smite)>p.deff(cons) in my paladin

 

Well i try this build tank
Full vit str tank
Oni set (vit = 2 attack)
Damager + tanker its nice combi
Impact(opener)-BS(smith)-rage(cons)
First 350mp next 250mp
Or u can use shield cannon for 100mp
Nice spam skill and hold agro on same time

Note : shield canon for stune after prorate give good damage to.

 

Sad combo : u only can use when u stune the bos .
Psycl + pscyl? Lower the damage

 

Halved skills' MP are rounded upwards.

So first one is 400 MP, next 300

.... You do realize that auto attacks also count as prorations, right? You can auto atk few times and then launch the combo. Besides, this combo is not meant to be spammed anyway so you'll definitely do some auto atks inbetween.

Don't be so close minded thinking impact is the only correct way

 

Which better meteor or binding strike in 1h+shield ??

 

As dps skill meteor is better but if u care about mp cost and aggro generation then binding Strike is better. Note that binding Strike is a very large aoe as well so you might draw in more mobs than expected
