Hello for atk10% str10% cd10% cd20 is it possible to use -10 dodge instead of -10%def in the same formula provided on the first page for 100% success rate on pot 85 weapon?
Also would it be possible to use -15%agro and make it 95-100% success? If not don't need to answer that.

Hello is AStatCD10CD20 on armor still gamble?

 

Why do people use adventurer garbs instead of the best possible armour?

 

cheaper and the stats is not that inferior to higher level armor has.
Example:
Adv Garb with 41 min pots can stat:
A7%-A8%

Higher ones with 61 pots min A8% 100% and the A10% with high pots is still gamble with low rate of success.

3% difference is not that much anyway.

The only advantage I can see on higher level armours are the potentials it gives and the the ability to stat additional 20% Speed/crit% with only 3 negatives and some OP stats which adv garb can't be reached.

 

Then what about the extra defensive capability? When you factor that, it might make somewhat a good difference of defence.

 

Defense is just a bonus as to how it acts differently on toram than to other games. As a dps, you only need 250 def and mdef to gain 20% damage reduction the next 30% reduction needs 1.2k I guess which is hard to pull off unless someone or you will cast gloria and another who knows how much is needed for the 40% reduction.

Defense is not even needed for rampage, GSW, Reflex, Berserk users as for those skills lowers your def and mdef so bad it will turn into 2 digits and zero for rampage.

GSW will even treat your def like a pure joke as it decreases your resistance a lot which far more important than def and mdef itself.

Better get resistance from food buff or equipments than stacking defense and mdef.
