every skill prorates only once, no matter how many hits it deals.

Combination skill does normal attack prorate, like how many other skills even do normal attack prorate?
I think only combination skill does so.
Would have been great if it actually did 3 normal attack prorate with 1 time skill activation.

Question, so, the bigger the %proration rate makes it easier to increase the other type of damage?

yes. you can observe this at Silver Roar, which has all proration rates at max value. after every attack, the same attack type will drop off to it's minimum (50%) and other attack types will be twice as powerful. (but only once, then it's reversed)

So, according to the table, if I am battling against pillar coenubia, and then I spam Impact->Dt/meteor/sc combo like there is no tomorrow, that means the party's magic damage will lower significantly. Is this statement correct?

Nope, the bigger the number simply means bigger fluctuation of that damage type due to proration. Please check the video for detail.

Nope. For impact ->Dt/meteor/sc, impact is count as magic proration and Dt, meteor, sc are physical proration. So magic damage will be decreased by impact but increased back by Dt/meteor by same amount. So, magic damage will be the same after the combo. Again, please watch the video...
