basically is it effective for the whole party or just yourself in boss battles?
cos I noticed everytime I farm at eerie with my lvl55 full luck char someone in the party or more get xtals- might just be coincidence.
an on this topic how effective is luck at rare drops? i get alot of mats an slighlty rare stuff with luck for sure.
1st day after 30 mins I got crystal armour, next day I farmed bout a hour an got nothing and then It took me about 4 hours to get eerie xtal other day after. might be random lucky drop tho lol.

I believe its just yourself. Suspect this is a 'grass is always greener' scenario. Would be delighted to hear I'm wrong

i would just recommend having 1 or a max of 2 LUK chars in party and i only typically use my LUK chars with players I know so we can share the loot :p
i do notice a significant increase in the drop rate for uncommon items whilst rare items still stay rare. with that being said, LUK chars+increase drop rate chars do increase the probability of rare items to drop tho XD

On rare drop, I don't think it affect much. Think about it, let say you have 30% increase in drop rate(19% stats+1% mining bag+ 10% drop skill), that will just be 30% off 0.1% which is like... not a mathematician someone spot me for this. Though it does affect other stuff immensely. Like I get Bnut way faster with pure luck character than none.

lol true 0.1% is a very slim margin indeed- its just after hearing the horror stories of how some people have farmed for weeks an I get it after just 4 hours really makes me wonder haha.

Notice what h0tcack3s said: uncommon drops become more common but rarer drops stay rare. This has some truth on it. Let's see it with virtual percentages. Imagine common items will drop 95% of the time, while uncommon will drop 40%, rares will drop 10% and very rares will drop 1% of the time. Having a pure luck char will make uncommons from 40% to 60%, rares from 10% to 15% and very rares from 1% to 1.5%. Again, these percentages are non precise but work as an example on how Luck increases percentage depending on the rarity. That's why you get significantly more nuts with a luck character but on a boss run for the xtal, you still need to do hell of runs, break it, kill it under certain time limit and if possible avoid getting hit. I hope this makes it clear enough.

PS: Sadly your luck won't affect the drops of your party. Your personal stat only applies for you. Also, having the drop rate skill at Lv10 makes you get an extra drop 25% of the time so this is essential on a lucky char.
