empty guild bar

following problem:

i go into the guild bar to meet the others, i am alone in there.
even though everyone is there. i can't see them and they can't see me.

i know that they all use the english server and i am on the international server (i am located in europe, i can't choose other servers).
we were able to meet before, when they switched to the international channel, but the guild bar doesn't have any channels.

anyone else have that bug?
or is it impossible to meet guild members from other countries?

 

They're probably on the english server guild bar.

PS: You can't switch in between channels/servers if you're in the guild bar, you need to go out first and switch and enter the guild bar on that specific server.

 

maybe you have your guildmates/friends graphics turned off? .-.

 

Yeah, I had this problem before with one of my family guild members. He's from another country and said that he can't switch to English channel because there wasn't any option for it. Idk if it's true or he really doesn't know how.. -.-||

 

He really doesn't some people don't have access to the ENG server (vice versa as well) and they're kinda stuck

the english server is not "english" it's actually american, so only people from the US can access it.
japanese people have the japanese server and the rest of the world is stuck in the international server.

i had a similar problem before in another game. it's not only the channel, but also the time difference and we barely ever met.
i guess i have to leave and and look for an european guild then ...

 

I'm sorry to inform you, but that's not true at all. I'm from Europe and I can access both English server and International. I have also seen quite a lot of people from Europe who play on English server as well. I suppose some countries from Europe are banned from entering English server for who knows what reason, or It depends on the country set on google store profile.

i changed all settings to english and re-installed the app, i still only have the international channel.

OK, since I am not the only person here anymore I will tell U guys, I contacted asobimo and they said that the available servers for U get fixed when U log in the first time.
It is influenced by the device language at the first log in. I had my device on German so the only server I can enter r international and German but since there is no German server....I am stuck in international ._.
Note on the side: it is definitely not the device location since my first log in happened in America
