Jerk moves

Dead Leader -- during gobs party and the leader keeps on being "AFK" while you farm like crazy and you cant kick her or him because they're lead ._.

Eerie Crystal Race -- it's pretty much when someone asks for a breaker but every class is in the same party and breaks everything as fast as they can and you're just standing there awkwardly and thinking "if y'all can break why invite me? T.T"
can this be classified as a jerk move? i'm not sure.

The Ninja -- this little shit would ask for a party and you, as a model toram citizen invites him because why not right? but in the middle of every run he keeps on going "AFK". 20 runs later, still AFK. please afk your ass out, tq.

 

Sir Boss Alot -- a wild player appears in your party and this dude is suddenly micro managing you and telling you that your skills are wrong, combos are wrong, basically your whole existence is WRONG and insists that his way is the best. yknow if you could smack your fist into the screen and it could get to him, you would.

Counter move:
LFE "Looking for Escape"

To this jerk move scenario:

You get a party invitation AS SOON as you log.

It's just one player in the party-(someone you should have deleted from your friends list after they friended you for orb shards)

Player says: I'm doing "A".
You decline and say no thank you I am working on "B"
I'll come help!
Ok sure, why not

Player is no help- just stands there and chats phrases such as:

How do I make spina?
(Legit question but I told you already)
I want dye (from silver roar of course)
Join my guild
You have FB? Add me
Oh no? You have Instagram? Twitter?
Add me
Why don't you add players to the party so we can kill stuff?
(Adds 2 more)
"Hey I want dye, let's go!"

I'm gonna call this move "Patton"
after US military Commander George S Patton. For those unaware of Patton's biography let's just say this is very tongue in cheek.

In summary "Patton" is when an inexperienced or lazy leader rallies up or infiltrates a party then insists on doing something difficult and totally irrelevant to the task at hand...Perhaps I should rename "LFE" to "Honorable Discharge?"

"Patton" may also be used for this type of guild recruiter:
"Hey I'm level 20 and know nothing at all about this game, but I started a new guild. I want all classes of level 50 to join me. A few days later when I realize that the game actually involves time and grinding I'll whine about how bored I am and quit playing. Are you in a guild?"

 

Maybe this one happens to me a ton:
Someone send you trade permission to you without any reason (Happens todo me like 5 times per day)

 

It's their subtle way of saying...I want your godley wings. Perhaps you'll trade 'em for a few spina and a save point

For goblin time I also sell only 98 of everything so there's no place for weapons to go in my bag. 1 lucky piece of cloth or stone reserves a spot in my awesome bag that all the goblin drops are lining up to enter.

Chocopops is my favorite counter move. If you guys didn't name it I would like to suggest:
"The Illusionist"
Defined as: person who casts tricks that decive the eye. Seems appropriate for a magic user, eh?

 

This has happened to me a few times now. I call it:

Get over here (scorpion from mortal combat)

1) start a boss fight and everyone but the mage runs up to the boss to start combat.
2) right before everyone gets there, the mage casts magic arrows. This causes the boss to start running toward the mage, and since he got first aggro and is damaging the boss, you are forced to turn around and run back to the mage to attack the boss.

This drives me nuts and I can only think of one counter jerk move for this, aptly named "No soup for you" (soup Nazi from Seinfeld).

1) give ample warning to please stop doing that. If they keep doing it multiple times, then,
2) before you start a boss fight, say "no soup for you" and replace them.

 

this happened to me a few time! mages should understand that they have MAD aggro and non mages need aggro skill to attract the mobs.
i was a tank in a mage pt and i got beef for letting one of the mages die. BOY, it aint my fault you aint patient.

 

Hahahaha in mage and i would say i do my job thats damage the enemy your dont do yours o.o

first hit = aggro

it puts tanks and the whole party at a disadvantage because you need to let tanks do their jobs. it's already a common understanding that mages have really really really extremely strong aggro. so if you hit first, then best be sure to get beat.
.....well until a tank realises it and decides to cast provoke, then no. your butt is saved.

This is a place to submit jerk moves not one to apply said jerk move. Please don't be a person who believes Mages are the best towards others in the thread, it is very impolite. We are just here to enjoy ourselves and not trying to enflame others. Thank you for your cooperation.
