I have a similar build and I can't dish out that much. But I don't have access to skills like meteor or buster blader yet. I'm lvl 112, max dex, got a few points skill pts left too. What can I do to improve dmg? I also use tempest btw

 

Max str instead of dex imo.

 

Hmn I learned later that str also increases crit dmg yeah. It's fine if I spent remaining points on str tho isn't it? It won't be optimal dps tho since it'll be dex>str

 

Change it to str>dex
Str increases atk, cdmg, aspd, and stability
dex increases atk, accuracy, cspd (this is all I know... maybe there's more)
And if you happened to change into using 2h, str will make it possible too

Why is the damage of meteor breaker with 1HS so freaking low?
While 2HS can get 600k+ damage quite easily.
Would buster blade score higher damage with 1HS than meteor breaker?

 

2h got bonus multiplier for meteor and busterblade.
No, only higher heal than 2h.

Only second hit gets boosted for 2HS?

Seriously after reading that I acquired meteor breaker for 1HS only to find damage to be meh.

 

Your attack stat when using 2h is much higher than 1h. That also makes the difference in dmg.

 

I know but yet the damage doesn't even reach 50% of 2HS.
Very disappointing.

 

but I was thinking of using it in save combo for saving mp (and boost other skills and spam that 1 mp combo...?)

 

So what's the best attack skill for 1HS then?

1h is mostly constant strike to build up dmg to knock boss up and impregnate em
