About refine skills

Does Refine Equipment, Mid-class refinement, High-class refinement affect only to success rate? (like risk 0,risk 10). Or like full luck char has 1.5% chance to drop when fail, not having above skills affect that %?

 

Is that true full luk has 98.5% no degradation?(without using anti-degradation)

 

Oh sry forgot to add. It's total % including anti-deg

Those 98.5% prevention is a myth
People assuming it because basic anti degradation can prevent degrading up to +75%.
With using 255 LUK, some people be lie eve that each 10 LUK, add 1% prevention.
So you have extra 25% for luk

If you add that too anti-degradation value (25% from 75 is 18,75%),
It should be an additional 18%.
That's why people assuming up to 98% like the post above.

But tl:dr , it's just an rng.
Just wish to your luck and p.ray to lord zaldo, will boost ur success rate up to +80%

Afaik, 3 refine skill affect successful rate for refining each anvil item

Standard refine affect normal anvil
Middle refine affect red anvil
High refine affect gold anvil

For each anvil colour, it depends on potential, atk boost and slot.
You'll notice what anvil it was when you're finish crafting

well, you can still achieve +S using full TEC.
but they'll have more chance to degrade than using full LUK
