Account Binding

Good Day. I'm new in this game and I just want to ask if you select your gmail account in the start of the game the progress will be saved there? Because I tried to register or login in the Settings > Account settings but there is an error.

 

You have to reregister for the log in. Since once you click the game itll automatically log you in the email you use.

 

Don't worry, the account will be "saved" to the Google account you use when you first start the app. You use Android yes? I don't know how things word with iPhone here(I absolutely do not want an iPhone even if I have the money for it!, Android has more good apps!)

If you happen to uninstall toram then as long as you use the same Gmail then you should be able to reach your account, at least that is how things have worked for me. But I suggest to retry making a asobimo account in app(especially if you want to have multiple accounts) and if it still doesn't work contact the game support staff here: en.toram.jp/contact

 

It's okay now. The problem when registering was it is not indicated that it is strictly alphanumeric only because I add a symbol on my registration that occurs an error.

 

Hi i need help my game data has been submitted to an Asobimo Acc but i forgot what account was that
I want to change email but it says "your game data has been already submitted to another account"
As for now my game data hasn't saved to any Gmail or Asobimo Acc yet

How can you forgot? XD
If you forgot Asobimo ID, it is the end for you (email to be register)
If you forgot Asobimo Password, it is different case and can be recovered
