Account might have gotten hacked

My 2nd aniv bow with full crit and ganglef xtal is gone i check everywhere but it no where to be found and its been replaced with a normal 2nd aniv bow
even my spina is lost too everything i had is still with me except for the bow and my spina please help.

are you share your acc before like your friend ?

 

Maybe the reason is:
1. you synthesized it to NPC Mubia and you forgot to lock the ability of your weapon.
2. you synthesized it and locked the ability. Maybe its a bug, try to recon.
3. you shared your account with someone and he/she hacked it.

 

If you shared your account email/password with someone, they could've just taken your stuff. Much easier than hacking, since they'd have direct access

i didn't do anything like that i haven't share my account with any1 i left for an hour and when i came back i was at sofya near board when before i left i was at mino

Um. Unless you gave your details or are using a mod for the game. It's unlikely your details have been compromised.

They'd be able to check, if something malicious happened via hacking. But if your personal log in was compromised by weak personal protection. Then there is little they can do.

Remember to always....

>Lock your equipment.
>Never share personal details
>Never use applications or mods to enhance/change gameplay.
>Log off if you're not playing.

 

this is a clear sign that you shared your account with someone, or someone in your House, friend..etc used your device......because it's virtual impossible for that to just happen.....actually it is impossible unless u made a mistake yourself, my guess is someone in your house used your device........you either made a mistake by yourself, and lost the equipment........you did something you have not been hacked...unless. you shared information.
